Property tour offers unique insight into life at Parc Vue
Prospective property buyers were given a unique insight into what life might be like if they called Parc Vue home.
A property tour at Parc Vue Bundoora took place on Saturday, 9th September and offered visitors the chance to inspect completed apartments in the development and walk on the grounds of the site and surrounding areas.
Future Estate’s Client Relations Director Mark Anderson said prospective buyers were invited to view Parc Vue’s furnished one and two-bedroom apartments and take in the stunning panoramic views from the rooftop.
Prospective buyers had the chance to meet with representatives of Future Estate, the developer behind the Parc Vue project, and ask questions about stage two (Botanic) and stage three (Laureate) of the development.
They were also taken on a walk through Bundoora Park, which surrounds the Parc Vue development, to see the property’s close connection to nature and outdoor living.
Prospective buyers had access to an independent financial advisor on the day, who was on hand to advise on the process of obtaining finance to purchase a property and discuss their investment goals.
Most importantly, the property tour gave prospective buyers the opportunity to take advantage of exclusive offers available on the day, which included a deposit offer or a car offer.
Those who signed up and were able to put down a 5% deposit on the day had the remaining 5% matched by the developer to make a purchase possible, while those who had already organised their full deposit were offered a new Volkswagen Golf, in partnership with Bayford Volkswagen Epping, come settlement instead.
Mr Anderson said the property tour gave prospective buyers a unique preview into buying an off the plan property.
“Our property tours are an important part of the buying process. If you’re buying off the plan and you’re not able to visualise what the property might look and feel like, the property tour gives you a much better understanding. By inspecting a completed stage of our development, you get the chance to see it, touch it, smell it.”
The property tour also allowed visitors to get a preview of the quality of the buildings and finishes, Mr Anderson said.
“When people were enquiring about the development online they showed interest in it, but buying off the plan can be quite daunting. When they were able to physically get down to the site and see it for themselves, it gave the purchasers confidence in the process,” Mr Anderson said.
“We had a lot of feedback that people enjoyed being able to see so much of the development – it gave them more confidence and allowed them to feel more comfortable when making their decision to buy.”
